Kids Classes

Ages 7-11 Years Old

This programme is designed to include neuromuscular exercises including jumping, throwing, balancing and resistance training. All of which have a positive impact on selected measures of health, skill related fitness and sports specific related tasks. Our primary goal of our programme for youth must be to improve overall physical qualities as such as, speed, power, endurance, flexibility and strength which in turn is to supports fundamental motor skill performance, confidence and natural growth and development.
