Teens Classes

Ages 12-16 Years Old

This programme is designed to work with young people as they move through the stages of adolescences. We run structured programmes to educate and help teens understand the modalities of training to support their growth and development. We put emphasis on technique and resistance training exercises to help better support physical development, which in turn will help:

  1. Optimise growth and development
  2. Improve performance in specific sports tasks
  3. Enhance muscle strength and exercise technique
  4. Improve dynamic stability and postural control
  5. Improve predisposition to do other physical activities
  6. Stimulate an active and healthy lifestyle
  7. Reduce the rate of injury during sports practice
